please contact our support team before returning any item.
Returns & Refunds
Eligible reasons to return the purchase or request a refund:
- The customer is unsatisfied with the product and 30 calendar days have not passed after delivery.
- The product arrived damaged or defective and the warranty is still valid.
- The cancellation request was made within 12 hours after purchase.
Return Process
- The customer must contact support before returning any product.
- The product must be returned within 30 days after delivery.
- Customers must provide photos of the product and explain the reason for return.
- Products must remain in original packaging and unused condition whenever possible.
- The return must be shipped only to the return address provided by Customer Support.
- The customer must provide a valid tracking number and shipping receipt.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the item reaches the Returns Center.
- Bank processing times may vary between 3–20 business days depending on payment method.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns,
exchanges, and refunds.
The Company does not provide prepaid return labels.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important Return Information
- The Company is not responsible for lost or damaged returned items.
- For products valued above $15, customers are advised to use tracked shipping or shipping insurance.
- Products returned to the wrong address may not qualify for refunds.
- Items not eligible for refunds may be discarded or returned at the customer’s expense.
- Refunds apply only to full-priced products.
- Gift voucher purchases may be refunded in the form of store credit or vouchers.
Damaged Products
In the case of damaged or broken items,
replacement products may be shipped after review and approval by our support team.
Cancellation Of Orders
Customers may cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase,
provided the order has not already been shipped.
Because orders are processed quickly,
cancellation requests are time-sensitive.
